Information Collection and Use

User profile information, including users’ pictures and usernames and/or first names, is displayed to other users of the Website in order to facilitate user interaction in the verve-media online community. E-mail addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join verve-media, to add friends, to login to the Website and to send notifications related to the service. Your full name is never directly revealed to other users without your express permission, unless you include your full name in your user profile or as your username. To facilitate searching and finding other friends on the Website, verve-media allows users to search for other users by uniquely identifiable information including but not limited to, first name, last name or e-mail address.

verve-media may also track, gather and/or receive (via Internet communications protocols) aggregated data about users in order to determine the total number of visitors to our Website, the number of visitors to each page of our Website, the software that is loaded or operated by users, IP addresses, External Web Sites (defined below) linked to, and other relevant data. Correcting/Updating/Deleting Personally Identifiable
verve-media provides you with the ability to review, correct and delete any of the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us in your user profile, but you should understand that this does not give you the ability to delete any content and/or material that you have posted to the Website, including, without limitation, videos, audio and/or pictures, that is posted in areas other than your user profile.
